Van Barneveld, Ratajski and Bunting among Tour Card Qualifiers for 2021 Grand Slam of Darts

The 2021 Grand Slam of Darts field is almost set with the Tour Card Holder Qualifiers now confirmed including Raymond van Barneveld, Krzysztof Ratajski and Stephen Bunting.

The 2012 champion returned to the tour this year after a short retirement claiming a ProTour title and he will now return to the big stage once more after defeating Alan Soutar (5-3), Danny Noppert (5-3) and finally Brendan Dolan.

In facing Dolan, his opponent managed to make it 4-3 however he spurned multiple opportunities including four match darts and Van Barneveld punished these misses to claim it.

While Ratajski fresh off winning a ProTour yesterday got through for a second straight year. He defeated Callan Rydz who missed out on automatic qualification for only winning two titles this season.

While there were also wins for Bunting who saw off Steve Brown, Ryan Joyce who denied Daryl Gurney, Martin Schindler who survived match darts against Dave Chisnall.

As well as Boris Krcmar who breezed past Ross Smith in a move which could save his Tour Card, with Mike de Decker completing the line-up after seeing off his compatriot, Kim Huybrechts who has been in superb form as of late.
