Michael van Gerwen claimed a draw on Tuesday night against Gary Anderson as the
Premier League Darts continued.
The day before, Van Gerwen had won against Glen Durrant despite his worst recorded average in the Premier League. Against Anderson, he played better but admitted he needed to be more clinical.
"At least my scoring power was a lot better. In the last few legs, I thought I played quite well but he had some great finishing but things like that can happen against Gary (Anderson) and if you have your chances, you have to hit them and only 28% on your doubles is not enough and we all know that," said Van Gerwen post match to Dan Dawson for Unibet.
Being played behind closed doors, as Van Gerwen pointed out there isn't much to do but gave an indication as to how he is spending his time.
"Netflix, my PlayStation, what else is there to do at the moment. You need to entertain yourself and that's part of it. I'd rather play in front of 5,000 people but that's not the case."
"I play a lot of WarZone, I've got a couple of friends that are quite good so that's quite handy. I'm not the best loser but that's how it is, it's a good thing I think."
