At the recent Premier League Darts restart, the PDC recorded the first iteration of 'Forfeit Darts' involving Daryl Gurney, Nathan Aspinall, Glen Durrant and Michael Smith.
The game sees the four players throwing as normal but whatever they score sees them take a forfeit for their next nine darts. For example, Durrant threw a 20 which meant over the next nine darts only trebles counted.
Aspinall threw his dart at single three which means his distance increased, while Gurney threw a single eight which meant he had to score as many points as possible with his non throwing hand.
While Smith had his vision obscured by a white sheet and he had to hit as many as possible while not being able to see where he was aiming.
