James Wade albeit not as a constant in the tournament has been a familiar face in Premier League Darts action.
Wade is back involved this year as a late replacement for Gerwyn Price and is looking towards the play-offs after qualifying for the second phase.
An interesting statistic came up though at the end of the first half as Wade won his 1000th leg in the tournament joining elite company.
He is now third in most legs won with 1005 ahead of Michael van Gerwen who is about to reach 1000 himself and become the fourth player to do so.
Phil Taylor as expected with his dominance in the weekly roadshow leads with 1506 ahead of Raymond van Barneveld with 1270.
