Edgar looks back on his ProTour experience in Germany: "We had to go through quite a process"

Matthew Edgar was one of the Tour Card holders to head to Niedernhausen, Germany for the latest round of Super Series action.

A lot had to be done in terms of getting over there and quarantining on the way back and Edgar at times showed some good form.

"Travel was tough. I'm not a big fan of travelling anyway. I get a bit nervous when I do the airports. I'm not the best of travellers. This was 3am in the morning, this was transfers, paperwork," said Edgar.

"We got to the airport and the letter we had to say we were Covid clear wasn't timed so you can only do it within 48 hours. We had to go through quite a process."

"There was a lot to do, a lot of things to get right and luckily I got it right. It took 14 hours to get from my door to the hotel and coming back the same."
