Wright on a 19 win-streak after defeating Van der Voort in first round World Matchplay

Peter Wright extended his unbeaten streak to 19 games with victory over Vincent van der Voort to continue his impressive form as of late which saw 'Snakebite' win three titles in five days.
Wright's run of form started at the German Darts Masters where he was imperious throughout in defeating Gabriel Clemens; also took into two Players Championship events in which the Scotsman smashed his way through the field with multiple 100+ averages.
He looked great again on Monday night in seeing off the Dutch Destroyer; as a result who could bet against him picking up his biggest major win to date this week at the World Matchplay.
