From 27 September to 1 October the WDF Europe Cup 2022 will be held in Valencia. The event was originally scheduled to take place in 2020, but was postponed for two years due to the coronapandemic.
Several European countries will compete for the various senior titles. In the men's and women's event, there will be a singles tournament, a pairs tournament and a team tournament. In addition, all results will count to determine who won the overall ranking.
The Dutch Darts Association has decided which players will travel to Spain for the Netherlands. Jelle Klaasen, Wesley Plaisier, Danny van Trijp and Dennie Olde Kalter make up the men's team. In the ladies Anca Zijlstra, Priscilla Steenbergen, Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Lerena Rietbergen will play in the orange jersey.
