Harbour reacts to knocking out Adams at World Seniors Darts Masters: "Everybody knows how hard it is to play against a mate"

Dennis Harbour pulled off arguably the shock of the opening round at the World Seniors Darts Masters. The 61-year-old Englishman beat his good friend and one of the pre-tournament favourites, Martin Adams 4-2.

"We're good friends as well and at the end of the day I think everybody knows how hard it is to play against a mate," Harbour said in post-match interview with Online Darts.

The temperature on stage also made things difficult for Harbour as he reveals. "Very, very warm up there," he explains. "I couldn't stress enough to the crowd how hot the conditions are. And it is very difficult to concentrate on your game when you've got sweat dripping down your face into your eyes."

Nevertheless, Harbour was able to prevail. The reward? A second round tie with Phil 'the Power' Taylor. "I've never ever played Phil Taylor and I would love to!" Harbour concludes.
