With the BDO World Darts Championship not taking place this month due to the organisation’s demise, DartsNews looks back at classic moments and matches throughout January from the showpiece event.
Onto 2008 we go and it was the crowning glory for Mark Webster who defeated Simon Whitlock 7-5 in the final.
He defeated Martin Adams who attempted to defend the title at the 14th attempt but lost out in the semi-finals and the Welshman claimed it.
