Cross after final loss to Van Gerwen at European Darts Open: 'I only feel that I'm going to get stronger'

Van Gerwen immediately opened with a 170 finish in the final, but fell behind Cross after seven legs. The number one in the world recovered via double 4. Till 6-6 they stayed in balance, then Van Gerwen cast a 13-darter and a 78 finish for the final victory. "I feel brilliant at the moment, and I only feel that I'm going to get stronger," said Cross.
