Cross smashes Price to record fifth consecutive win in Premier League

Rob Cross has recovered well from his bad start showing some of the form that won him the World title in January. Tonight he thumped Gerwyn Price 7-1 to put him right in contention to push Michael Van Gerwen and Michael Smith to win the league phase.
Once again Price was not at the races showing why he admitted on Twitter he wanted some time off and Cross punished him at every opportunity to take a resounding victory over the Welshman.
It was four 180’s, a 102.58 average with 7/10 on the doubles for the World Champion in his rout of the Iceman.
