Dimitri van den Bergh is the World Youth Champion taking over the mantle of Corey Cadby, his stablemate in TSMC. He defeated Josh Payne 6-3 in the final in a stunning display from 'The Dreammaker' who made his dreams come true in Minehead.
Van den Bergh is already qualified for the Alexandra Palace which was one of the incentives on offer which means an extra spot will be available for tomorrow's PDPA Qualifier in Milton Keynes which is good news for those players who will be fighting it out.
It was a polished performance from the young Belgian who averaged a record high 101 in the final which also included a stunning 146 checkout as Payne left it too late to get into the game.
