The date for the next BAUHAUS Dutch Open Darts is known! The coming edition will, just like other years, take place in the first weekend of February.
In 2019 that weekend falls on 1 to 3 February. The registration will open on 1 October 2018.
The last edition was a great success. In a renewed Bonte Wever they were able to welcome more participants again and the tournament had two great winners with Mark McGeeney and Deta Hedman. For the first time a BDDA tournament was organized at the Dutch Open Darts. Vincent D'hondt crowned himself there as champion. In the juniors Keanu van Velzen, Ksenia Klochek and Maison Wilson were the winners.

- Maybe the supposed top players are burnt out from the endless travelling and tournaments, I just don't think they have the dedication or outright desire to win. I think they are more interested in the money and being popular, just keeping their rankings steady. The only thing that mattered to Phil Taylor was winning, not winning a few games to top up the money pot and seeking the fans attention. Maybe there is too many tournaments now and the enthusiasm is gone. This year especially has seen so many different winners and unexpected draws and line ups.richieburnettrocks14-11-2024
