Lewis leads most 180's after first ten Players Championship events

The first ten Players Championship events of the season have been completed with multiple first time winners including Mickey Mansell and Jeffrey de Zwaan as well as the likes of Gary Anderson, Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith showing their form with multiple title wins.

The statistics have been released by Premium Dart Data after the first few with Michael van Gerwen first of all of course top of the tree when it comes to the Order of Merit with Gary Anderson 2nd place. Both have won 2 events in a weekend this season already with 'Mighty Mike' gaining an edge due to his win this past weekend.
In terms of overall averages for the Players Championship series, Michael van Gerwen leads that as well with an overall average of 100.24 over the ten events showing he is still showing a rich vein of form looking unbeatable at times.
Rob Cross despite not winning an event since his World Championship triumph; and bowing out multiple times early doors still has an average of 98.50. This shows that he is still hard to beat and those who are will be pulling out great displays to overcome him.
Gary Anderson is third with a similar average of 98.15 rounding out the top 3. Adrian Lewis leads the most 180's with 104 overall; showing that with him part of multiple lists that he is going under the radar but is still in good form.
In addition, Dave Chisnall another in form player leads the most 100+ checkouts with 28, this is tied with James Wilson and just ahead of Michael van Gerwen who has 27.
