Michael van Gerwen once again became the champion at the Grand Slam last night dispatching Peter Wright 16-12 in the final to continue yet another imperious run of wins for 'Mighty Mike' who since the World Grand Prix has been unstoppable and despite losing to MVG, Peter Wright provided one of the best moments of the tournament to round it off.
MVG's daughter Zoe was brought onto the stage with it being her first live viewing of her father winning a tournament and Peter Wright put her hair into the look we know of 'Snakebite'.
