Roy was first on stage out of the two winners. He ended up defeating Toni Alcinas to once again cash in at the
UK Open. A 6-3 victory for the Watford native who will go into the draw with a chance of playing one of the big names.
Neither player played to their capabilities despite the lack of a crowd with the averages in the mid to late 80's, it was another to get the Ace of Herts over the line though.
Also through is
Gerwyn Price, in one of the ties of the second round he dispatched James Wilson. Price was too lethal for the 'Lethal Biscuit' with the Iceman getting over the line 6-2.
The UK Open was a tournament that really helped launch Price's career and he will be up there as a real outside bet to win the title come Sunday.
