The theme continues of the PDC releasing a video a day up until the World Championship begins highlighting certain moments in the history of the showpiece tournament at the Alexandra Palace.
Jerry Hendriks stole the hearts of many fans at last years World Championship with his enthusiastic walk on to the song 'Freed from Desire' which was used for the qualifiers. The Dutchman could even count on the compliments of PDC chairman Barry Hearn.
Hendriks, nicknamed 'Electric', also drew attention to itself with his post-match interview as he added a new expression to the English language. He said 'he felt like a fish on stage' during his pre-lim and first round matches.
