Wade believes he has another gear after Wright win: ‘I know I've got a lot more to give’

James Wade has been one of the best players so far this year with his consistency keeping up from last year.
He recently and is flying high in the Premier League. For the Aldershot ace though he believes he’s got more to give. As well he spoke about how he isn’t frightened of the top players and knows he can beat them all. "I'm not saying I can be a million miles better, but I know I've got a lot more to give," he told Live Darts after his victory in the Welsh capital. "I'm not frightened by playing the so-called top players. "There are a lot of players out there who are absolutely phenomenal. It's a job for someone like myself to try and keep up with those players. But I still think I'm good enough to beat them all."

- Is this the start of an attempt to say that he (Littler) is the best ever as he has won most money. Perhaps adjust all prize money earned by allowing for inflation. If Littler gets close too (does not even have to overtake) both MVG’s and Taylor’s Major titles total then he is in the conversation. - It is shocking and unbelievable that 2 Hotty who was always such a decent player, 2 time World Champion and won the Grand Slam when it meant something. He really should have joined the PDC earlier. It is quite pathetic and desperate the way Bunting and Arsepinall pander to the crowd to dance to their walk on music, that has worked though. I would like to see more players involved on a weekly basis similar to the Modus Super Series. A knockout tournament with 16 winners from each week.
