Osborne and Gillet lead group after first day in Group C in MODUS League (Week 2)

Colin Osborne and Mike Gillet lead the way after the opening action of Group C in the MODUS Online Live League.

Osborne and Gillet both ended up on four wins and one defeat after the opening day of action with the former leading on leg difference going into the final day.

Stephen Burton (six points), Josh McCarthy (four points), Richard North (two points) and Fallon Sherrock (zero points) make up the current table. The top two will move through after two days to the final group on Saturday.

Jarred Cole already moved through on Wednesday, while for Andy Jenkins and Scott Baker who finished second and third, they will return in the evenings on Thursday and Friday to do battle with Rob Collins, Jason Askew and Joe Davis.

Out of these two groups, the top two will move through with the chance for a Champions Week spot.

Unlike the first edition of the MODUS League in 2020, the games will not be played online via a webcam connection, but at a location in Southampton, England. The matches can be followed via the Online Darts YouTube channel.
