Askew claims final Group win of A Night At The Darts Week Two

Askew finished third in the overall table and by virtue of leg difference saw off the player who took home the overall honours in Wessel Nijman.

Despite losing to Fallon Sherrock in their challenge match, he defeated David Evans (5-4), Boris Koltsov (5-2) and Scott Mitchell (5-1). In his final matches in particular he finished with a flourish, he saw off Koltsov with a 100 average, four 180's and 5/6 on the doubles.

Then in the last match of the night, he edged past Evans with three 180's and a 97 average which allowed him to finish in the aforementioned place in the overall table.

A Night At The Darts is a competition that runs in conjunction with the Icons of Darts League. Each playing week consists of six players. There are five players on each matchday with one player taking a rest.

Each evening like the day consists of four matches for each player with the player with the most wins claiming the group win.
