The first two ties of the afternoon session at the Gibraltar Darts Trophy are complete with Nathan Aspinall and James Wade through to the final day.

Aspinall begun proceedings by edging out Ryan Joyce - who impressed yesterday in a blistering display. 'The Asp' averaged a brilliant 108 and hit five 180's and 66 percent on the doubles in claiming a 6-4 win.
Joyce himself didn't play badly averaging 100 himself and hitting 4/5 on doubles but that extra scoring power seemed to be the difference for Aspinall.
Wade eased past Paul Rowley in a 6-2 win where he averaged 95 en route. It was a typical Machine performance in doing just enough as he hit 35 percent on the doubles as well but for the Aldershot ace he is safely through.
