Chengan Liu will make a second appearance at the Alexandra Palace later this year after coming through the Chinese PDC World Championship Qualifier this past weekend.
A previous multiple time qualifier for World Series events, he played at the 2006 World Championship losing to John Part.
He defeated Qingyu Zhan in the final with an 87.82 average with three ton plus checkouts and is the latest player to join the line-up.
