Cross confident ahead of 2021 Premier League Darts: "The love for the game has come back considerably"

Rob Cross heads into the 2021 Premier League Darts looking to rekindle his form of 2018 in particular after not being at his best over the past 12 months.

Cross got into this year's Premier League by virtue of being in the top four in the world when the line-up was announced and will look to seize that opportunity and return to his best.

"You know what to expect. I have to admit, it's a bit different now obviously with the five nights straight but you want to get off to a decent start. I think it's more the enjoyment of the tournament, I love the tournament and usually would have done well up to last year," said Cross.

"Don't get me wrong, practice wise I'm really happy. I think sometimes, there's a little bit of relaxing up there and letting it flow instead of forcing it which I done a lot last year. I'm in a good place so I've got something to work with now."

"To be honest, the love for the game has come back considerably."
