Christian Kist had made the Christmas of one lucky fan in attendance thanks to his stunning nine-darter Wednesday evening at the 2025 PDC World Darts Championship. Thanks to Paddy Power's Bigger180 campaign, Kist himself, Prostate Cancer UK and a fan from the crowd are all now £60,000 richer.
After being selected from the crowd by Master of Ceremonies John McDonald, the luckiest darts fan on the planet spoke to media to give his immediate reaction to winning the £60,000.

"I'm absolutely speechless to be honest," Kris, a railway worker from Sutton reacts. "Didn't expect it to happen to me and yeah, I'm just really speechless! Shaking still and I can't believe it. "
"I'm a massive darts fan, I'm came here probably 10 years ago with my brother and my granddad who I'm here with tonight, but haven't been back since. This was a birthday present so it's made it all so much better," he continues. "My granddad got me the tickets too, who I'm with so that makes it even sweeter doesn't it."
Understandably, Kris also now has a new favourite dart player in the form of the former Lakeside champion Kist. "Absolutely yeah!" he says with a beaming smile. "100% (the biggest Kist fan now.)."
The question now, is how to spend the money. "Me and my partner have literally just moved into a flat this year, so might put some on the mortgage, a nice holiday maybe? I don't know," he laughs, still in a bit disbelief. "It's a lot of money so yeah, it's quite a lot to think about!"
