Brendan Dolan and
Ted Evetts are through to the final day of action at the 2021
Gibraltar Darts Trophy as the second round begins.
Evetts was first through to the second round after continuing Dirk van Duijvenbode's poor run of form with a 6-5 victory.
This means that the Dutchman will not be at the European Championship after failing to win both games as a seed so far this year. He will now face either Michael Smith or Simon Whitlock in tomorrow's third round.
While Brendan Dolan will take on either Peter Wright or Callan Rydz after dumping out Mervyn King in a 6-1 victory for 'The History Maker'.
Looking to return to some of the form he has shown throughout this year before the tournament where he made history next weekend, he is going about his business.
He produced a 91 average, two 180's and 50% on the doubles restricting King to only two darts throughout the tie.
