Brendan Dolan won through to the Third Round at the 2020/21 PDC World Darts Championship and a clash with Gerwyn Price after seeing off Edward Foulkes 3-1.
A more rapid fire Dolan came out of the blocks during the tie and 'The History Maker' discussed his throw as well as the tie with Price.
"I'm in the middle of changing my throw. I know there's certain times I've got to be methodical and straight and that's when I'm finishing on a double especially when I have three darts. I know I can line-up any double and pin it first dart. I just feel when I'm practicing, I'm more comfortable and I don't stop when I'm on stage and look and stare and that's what I'm trying to get rid of, the look and the stare. I need when I have the doubles but I don't need when I'm scoring," said Dolan post match.
"I think the young lad has potential but I possibly felt too comfortable up there. My focus probably wasn't great."
"I know I can beat him. If I can bring my practice game to the stage, no one will frighten me, no one will even compete."
"I know how to fight, if I play to my full potential my belief is I will beat Gerwyn."
