Sky Sports pundit Laura Turner is a very adept player in her own right. Recently reaching the final of a PDC Women's Series event before losing to Robyn Byrne. Casting an eye towards the up coming Premier League Darts play-offs, Turner is incredibly excited.
"From a very selfish point of view I was so glad it came down to the last week to see who got in," she says on The Last Bite podcast. "Hopefully Michael van Gerwen isn't too injured. I've really enjoyed the campaign and I must say a big shout out to Chris Dobey. Some of the biggest averages that he has hit all year, to play that consistently I'm sure he's got some titles coming."
"I have no idea who's going to win," Turner admits. "I see it as being a Gerwyn Price, Michael Smith final. It does obviously depend on which versions of them turn up I'll be honest. I'll stick with Gerwyn Price just because he's topped the table but Michael Smith has also been exceptional."
I had the pleasure of @LauraTurner180 joining me on 'The Last Bite' podcast this week. We spoke about the women's darts game and the finals of the Premier League of darts. Enjoy! @OfficialPDC #darts #PremierLeague #PDC #foodhttps://t.co/raNoCXNfCf pic.twitter.com/uu0gzS8zx5
