Earlier this week,
Players Championship 5 and Players Championship 6 were completed on the
Pro Tour.
After six out of a total of 30 tournaments this year,
Ryan Searle has impressed the most. 'Heavy Metal,' who managed to reach the final in the first three tournaments and claimed victory in one of them, has already won 175 legs, no one is doing better at the Players Championship this year.
In second place we find
Gary Anderson with 157 legs won. The Scot is piling up the high averages this year, also won a Players Championship, but had to give up in the sixth tournament last Tuesday with a shoulder injury.
Completing the top three is
Raymond van Barneveld. The 56-year-old Dutchman was the one celebrating overall victory at the fifth Players Championship on Monday and has already won 145 legs this year.
Just outside the top three we find Peter Wright (135 legs won) and Damon Heta (116 legs won).
