Nathan Aspinall has struck perfection during his second round clash with Andy Boulton on Day One of PDC Super Series 3 in Niedernhausen,
Aspinall who has been in incredible form as of late topping the Premier League table currently after the opening two blocks has just won 6-5 against 'X Factor' who is a close friend of 'The Asp'.
He started the day with a 6-1 win against Steve Brown with a 104 average and looks to be setting down a marker in a depleted field.
It is the fifteenth nine-dart finish of the year overall and the eighth of the Players Championship series.
This was after six were hit in five events to begin the year. The latest was Mickey Mansell at Players Championship Eight while Jonny Clayton and Jose de Sousa were the last on TV during the Premier League.
It is a third career nine-dart finish for the Stockport ace. How many will be hit this weekend in Germany?
