The penultimate MODUS Icons of Darts League action of the week has been concluded with Boris Koltsov ending the run of Martin Adams in the process.

Koltsov finished top of the table with four wins and two defeats from his six games meaning he claimed eight points. He began the day with defeat to Justin Smith (2-4) but barring that his only blemish on his record came against Fallon Sherrock who continued her winning run against him.

Barring that he defeated Keelan Kay (4-3), Mike Warburton (4-3), Paul Nicholson (4-3) and Martin Adams (4-1). His nearest rival going into the last few games was Martin Adams who needed to win his final game against Paul Nicholson to finish top but a brilliant display from 'The Asset' which saw him hit a 106 average with three 180's and 4/4 on his doubles.

As a result it saw 'Wolfie' denied a fourth MODUS win in a row with two previous in Icons of Darts League and before that MODUS Champions Series.

This meant as well that after a good day for Keelan Kay which saw him top the standings at the halfway point, he finished second. All but Mike Warburton finished with six points each in one of the closest Icons of Darts Leagues yet.

There will be 21 games a day which will be best of 7 legs. Pool A will take part on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It begins everyday as a result at 10:30 am running till 5:30 pm and sees live action continue for four more weeks than initially planned.

The scores are recorded during matches via a webcam with this then uploaded to various scoring services and bookmakers who are all showing the action. The livestream is provided by organiser MODUS .
