Lewis to face Koltsov in Players Championship 20 final

The final is set at Players Championship 20 as Adrian Lewis will face off against Boris Koltsov shortly in Barnsley as the penultimate winner before the World Matchplay is confirmed.

It is a first final in almost a year for Lewis who saw off Nathan Aspinall in a 7-2 victory and he will aim to claim his first title since 2019 which saw him seal victory at a Players Championship in Wigan.

Or will it be the first for Koltsov who has spent most of the year in the darting doldrums as due to representing Russia, there was doubts about whether he would return to action.

But he now has under a neutral flag and he will aim to seal a first ranking title which would help in hopes of keeping his Tour Card.
