Lloyd backs Whitlock after debate surrounding dart points: "I wouldn't change anything about my game either, why should he if he feels comfortable with his setup"

A lot of debate has been garnered from the World Matchplay surrounding Simon Whitlock and the points he uses and Colin Lloyd is next to weigh in saying he is doing nothing wrong.

Lloyd has said that he shouldn't change his set up if he is comfortable with it; as well as that it should only happen if he is made to in the rules.

"If he's playing within the rules of the game; everybody can have their own opinion and like Simon did say on social media, I am doing nothing wrong and he isn't," said Lloyd on The Darts Show Podcast.

Until someone actually pulls him aside and says 'Simon, Listen we are banning those points from the game, it is destroying the boards and whatever and blah blah blah'. Listen fair play to him, I wouldn't change anything about my game either; why should he if he feels comfortable with his setup and that's what he's got."
