The afternoon session has come to a close at the Belgian Darts Championship with Dirk van Duijvenbode, Danny Noppert and James Wade all through to the final day.
Van Duijvenbode has been in brilliant form so far this season and 'The Titan' was in full business mode again as he defeated second seed Ian White to reach the final day of action for the first time in his career showing his upturn in form.
He averaged 87 but won due to being just marginally better on his doubles pinning 25 percent (6/24) compared to 23 percent but with less attempts (3/13).
Noppert made sure he would also continue his brilliant start to the season by claiming the spoils in the Double Dutch clash with Jermaine Wattimena.
He smashed in a blistering 109 average with five 180's and 50 percent on his doubles to boot as he eased past his compatriot 6-2 who himself hit a 100 average. It seems 'Noppie' means business this weekend.
As does Wade who has not had the best start to the season but edged past Steve Lennon who is also in great form in a 6-3 victory with a 97.7 average. All of this with 42 percent of the doubles as the number seven seed does not fall by the wayside.
