Price saw off Alan Soutar 6-4 with a 96 average, while Smith eased past Adam Gawlas 6-1 with a 98 average. It was the same scoreline for Humphries as he averaged just under 100 in seeing off Glen Durrant.

While there were also wins for Rob Cross, Joe Cullen, Jose de Sousa, Nathan Aspinall and Danny Noppert. But for Peter Wright and Dirk van Duijvenbode, they are the main seeds so far to fall.
