Participants for PDC Women's Series 1-4 confirmed including Ashton, Dobromyslova, Greaves, Hedman, Sherrock and De Graaf

This weekend also marks the start of the new season of the PDC Women's Series. The first four tournaments of 2023 will take place in Leicester on February 25-26.

The PDC has been increasingly investing in women's darts in recent years and has gone the extra mile for this season. There will be 24 tournaments played at the PDC Women's Series 2023, four more than last year. £10,000 in prize money will be distributed per tournament, which is even double the amount of 2022.

The increased prize money appears to have had considerable appeal, as 141 ladies registered for the opening weekend at the Morningside Arena in Leicester.

The list of participants include Lisa Ashton, Anastasia Dobromyslova, Beau Greaves, Deta Hedman, Fallon Sherrock and Aileen de Graaf. Like last year, the women's results can earn entry to the Women's World Matchplay, Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship.
