PDC Asian Tour kicks off this weekend including Asada, Ilagan, Perez and darts legend Paul Lim

After a three-year hiatus due to the corona pandemic, the PDC Asian Tour returns to Kobe, Japan, this weekend. Two tournaments will be played on Saturday and one on Sunday.

The circuit is bigger than ever. The PDC Asian Tour counts 24 tournaments in 2023, with $10,000 in prize money distributed each tournament. With the prize money won, Asian players can qualify for the World Darts Championship, the Grand Slam of Darts, World Cup of Darts and PDC Asian Darts Championship through the PDC Asian Tour Order of Merit.

A total of 155 players have signed up for the start of the season. Participants include Seigo Asada, Lourence Ilagan, Royden Lam, Paul Lim, Christian Perez and two-time women's world champion Mikuru Suzuki.
