PDC Chairman
Barry Hearn has tested positive for COVID-19 and will now begin 14-day isolation in line with UK government guidelines, it has been announced.
Hearn is supposedly not displaying any symptoms and any immediate family and staff have been tested and all are negative.
His son, Eddie Hearn who this weekend was set to run a Matchroom Boxing show at the Marshall Arena tested positive though earlier on in the week.
As well as the boxing, the Championship League Snooker is also at the Marshall Arena ran by Matchroom but this weekend doesn't see any darts take place before the World Grand Prix starting Tuesday in Coventry.
