Prize money breakdown World Grand Prix 2023 with £600,000 on offer

The 32 participants at this year's World Grand Prix 2023 will compete for the top prize of £120,000 in prize money. At £600,000, the prize fund is almost sixteen times larger than when this tournament started in 1998. Back then, "only" £38,000 was made available by the PDC.

All participating players are guaranteed £7,500 at least. Second-round losers receive £15,000. The quarter-finalists go home with at least £25,000, the semi-finalists almost one and a half times as much (£40,000). The losing finalist gets a check for £60,000 and the winner thus double.

The World Grand Prix will be played in Leicester from Oct. 2 to 8. Last year, the tournament was won by Michael van Gerwen, who faced Nathan Aspinall in the final.
