Schindler has clear goal during summer break after Matchplay disappointment: ''I would like to show in the future what I can actually do"

Just like last year, the World Matchplay was over after just one match for Martin Schindler. 'The Wall' went down 10-8 against Danny Noppert in the first round.
Schindler came out with a small response on his socials the day after his elimination. ''Someday the sun will shine again,'' the German began his story, before expressing his immediate determination to try and put things right.
''I'm not happy with how it went. I would have liked to have continued playing at the World Matchplay. There is a summer break coming up now and it will be used to put in a lot of training hours. I would like to show in the future what I can actually do,'' Schindler wrote.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
