The World Series is a usual staple of the post World Matchplay calendar in the PDC but due to global restrictions brought on by COVID-19, this is not possible so DartsNews is taking a look back at more throwback moments.
This time it is from the 2018 Melbourne Masters and it sees Michael van Gerwen dazzle with an excellent three bullseyes in a row.
Well behind to Peter Wright who was 10-7 up and left 81 for four leg cushion. Van Gerwen was on 206 so decided to pressure but in a different way to normal.
