Van Barneveld works as bricklayer on repair work at home: 'Brick by brick we are getting to the final result'

The next Pro Tour tournaments are not played until mid-June, so Raymond van Barneveld has plenty of time to help with the repairs at his house.

When Van Barneveld travelled to Germany for the Q-School in February, the side wall of his house collapsed during a heavy snowstorm.

The damage was huge and three months later it has still not been repaired. Last week the bricks were replaced and Barney himself helped out, as he showed with pictures on Instagram.

First all the debris was cleaned up and removed and then renewed insulation. But now it is the turn of the stones. Brick by brick we are getting to the final result'', the five-time world champion added.
