The European Football Championship started last Friday in Germany. Ahead of the tournament getting underway, some of the biggest names in darts were asked to weigh in with their predictions.
PDC Europe polled the likes of Josh Rock, Daryl Gurney, Rob Cross, Gian van Veen and Luke Humphries to see who they think will win emerge from the Euros as tournament winner.
Rock and Humphries both opted for pre-tournament favourites France. Stephen Bunting and Ricardo Pietreczko opted for tournament hosts Germany. Joe Cullen and Daryl Gurney joined those opting for France whilst Gian van Veen stayed loyal by selecting the Netherlands.
Rob Cross hopes for England, "but we seem to always fall short," he says glumly.
