Winmau and CDC join forces in North America

Winmau and the Championship Darts Corporation (CDC), the North American Tour, are joining forces.

As the largest darts organisation in North America, both companies support the growth of darts at the very highest level in the United States and Canada with this sponsorship deal. Through this partnership, from now on, all CDC tournaments will be played on a Winmau Blade 6 darts board.

Peter Citera, the boss of the CDC, responds with satisfaction. “This link offering North American players the chance to play in the World's biggest tournaments has led to North American standards sky rocketing, with new top talent emerging every year.”

Simon Hall, marketing director at Winmau, also commented briefly. “We are always thrilled to work with any organisation that has tirelessly built and grown the sport of darts in any country, as we understand just how hard that can be on the ground, this latest agreement will see us combine the power of the PDC, CDC and Winmau under a joint strategy for the whole of the USA and the players there.”
