John Brown will have to return to Q-School in January in order to get back onto the PDC Tour after a challenging few years for the son of 'The Bomber' Steve Brown.
Brown took to Twitter as the ProTour season ended and said that he will be back and that the best is still to come.
"A hell of a lot more downs than ups but one thing for sure is, I have learnt a lot. I promise I will be back and when I am back, I'll do my best to make sure the world knows. Darts has a short memory but a very long career," said Brown.
"You haven't seen the best of me yet, far from it, see you all soon."
