Peter 'One Dart' Manley will be one of the star attractions of the opening night of the
World Seniors Darts Championship when he faces Deta Hedman.
Returning to the site of some of his best runs, he spoke on that and also his preparation coming in.
"It's going to be different, obviously the last time I was here - I was in the final so let's hope I can do it again," he said to WSDT.
"We've been very busy with Q-School, Challenge Tour and still getting it right for the top professionals. It's great to have this opportunity with the Seniors and seeing all the lads and hopefully it goes on from tonight to be a successful event."
On playing Hedman, he knows he's likely to get a hostile reception but wants to let his darts do the talking instead of any mind games.
"Playing Deta a local Essex girl, she's going to get a lot of support. I was always going to get booed anyway probably.
"I wouldn't like to do them on Deta, she's put a lot of work into her darts. I wouldn't like to have to put her off, I'd like to beat her easy to be honest."
But his Amarillo walk on will still be a fans' favourite but there won't be any dancing.
"I probably wouldn't be around for the first set if I started dancing but it's going to be great."
