Rob Collins must have looked very foolish last Friday after throwing his three darts during a match against Adam Lipscombe in the
MODUS Super Series.
Indeed, the Englishman threw a "Triple Robin Hood" in the fourth leg of the match. Colins' first dart landed neatly in the board, but the second dart then landed in the flight of the first arrow. This was followed by the third dart, which ended up in the flight of the second dart.
A so-called "Triple Robin Hood" is extremely rare. It happened only once before at a television tournament. John Bowles previously did it at the 2013 World Darts Championship.
