The 'Beast from the East' has claimed another victim with the Premier League Darts from Exeter tonight cancelled due to the adverse conditions in play in the UK.
The Premier League was meant to play host to games such as Gary Anderson vs Rob Cross & Mensur Suljovic vs Michael van Gerwen but despite the players already down near the venue and ready for tonight; it has been decided it will not go ahead.
This could be down to bad weather forecasts for tonight and early tomorrow which could of casted further doubt on the UK Open taking place this weekend. Quite a few players are said to be on the verge of pulling out with others still trying to travel today.
It is yet to be known yet whether the event will be rescheduled or not but information on that should be released in due course.
