Barnsley played host to the recent Players Championship double header and in the averages for the whole weekend, Dave Chisnall and Steve Lennon sit at the top of the pile both hitting 111.33.

Gary Anderson the weekends double winner came in 3rd, 4th and 9th showing how good the Flying Scotsman has been playing as of late. Chisnall similarly dominates though also holding the 2nd highest average of 109.93.
This is a welcome return to form for the St Helens ace who has not been performing to his usual high standards as of late.
Another St Helens man came in the top 5 and not Stephen Bunting or Michael Smith, ‘The Saint’ Alan Tabern who is going through a bit of a resurgence it seems. He gained his tour card at Q-School and has also qualified for multiple Euro Tours.
His form shows with an effort of 107.24 beating the likes of World Champion Rob Cross and Sunday’s finalist Jeffrey de Zwaan.
