Meulenkamp tops 180 count at European Darts Open in Leverkusen ahead of Van Gerwen

Ron Meulenkamp had a great weekend at the European Darts Open in Leverkusen having another deep run into a Euro Tour tournament after one similar in Riesa in the back end of last year. He hit 16 just ahead of Michael van Gerwen who had 14.

Below 'The Bomb' and 'Mighty Mike' was Peter Wright and James Wade, both of which also had great weekends reaching the final and semi-final respectively after both have had problems with form.
Max Hopp despite his loss in the first round topped the charts in terms of 180's per leg with 0.50 and below him is once again Meulenkamp who hit 0.47 per leg.
Rob Cross is just below that duo with 0.39 per leg showing the form of the World Champion despite him only appearing 10th in the highest 180 count.
