Netherlands ease into World Cup of Darts semi-finals with double win over Germany

Netherlands are the last pair through to the semi-finals of the World Cup of Darts and will face Belgium later on to get into the final. Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld keep cementing their status as very much the pair to beat when it comes to the World Cup.
Van Gerwen was first off in the World Cup of Darts quarter final and was pitted against Martin Schindler, a player he has a very good record against. 'Mighty Mike' eased through 4-1 but Schindler could and should have given him more problems. This was due to the averages with MVG averaging 109.6 but Schindler averaging 110 in a loss. Netherlands-Germany 1-0.
Van Barneveld then just had to win against Max Hopp to assure their semi-final spot in the World Cup of Darts and he did so by whitewashing Max Hopp 4-0. 'Barney' has looked good throughout the tournament and usually does.
Tonight then it will be Netherlands vs Belgium and Scotland vs Australia. Who will be the winners come the end of the evening??

If it is going to be done to English players, then we are more than entitled to dish the same back when players face off in England.
